Into The Wild

This month a huge part of The Gifted Few family launched their new portfolio website so we thought it was about time we introduced you to Wild Ilk.

Wild Ilk are a graphic design studio based in Birmingham (and more recently Berlin) that was formed in 2010 by fellow Birmingham City University graduates Tommy Morrison and Kipp Jones. They have been responsible for the entire visual identity of The Gifted Few and from day one have been an invaluable support. Never failing to go the extra mile and deliver the highest quality of design. That and they are just great guys all round.

Here is what they have to say about the ethos of their company and design style.

‘Wild Ilk is about quality and depth within design and applied art. We work in a wide range of media and sectors but our ethos is always to be as creative as we can with every new brief. We like to challenge our clients to be bold – especially with branding briefs – and the best ones rise to that challenge.’

Their work has spanned a very wide range of projects. Everything from Laura Ashley catalogue designs to producing brands for independent musicians. And of course our own brand, stationary and this very website, which of course we are very proud of.

So to celebrate their inspiring and creative portfolio here are some of our favourite projects from the Wild Ilk studio. If you want to see more just click the pictures and they will take you through to the full project.

We just want to say a massive thanks for all their hard work and here is a massive thumbs up from us.

All photography is by the very talented Andy Pilsbury.
