If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason, we are happy to offer you a 14 days full refund policy from date of delivery. Please make sure you haven’t used the items and that you put them back in the original packaging.
When your order has been sent from one of our partners you must return the item directly to them. If you aren’t sure who you should be returning your order to just drop us a message via email or live chat and one of the team will be happy to help with all the info you need.
When you are sending things back, either to us or one of our partners, please make sure the item is well packaged, so that it doesn’t get damaged on its journey.
Any damage upon return is at your own risk, so we highly recommend the return is tracked and insured as we wouldn’t want you to lose out on your refund.
When we get your order back you will be refunded the full cost of the returned item, but this doesn’t include original shipping costs or return shipping.

Refunds are always refunded to original payment method.
Please note our returns policy applies to all standard items only and does not apply to customised orders and items that are made or printed to order.
Sometimes we may be able to accept the return of custom item but this will depend what it is and on our partner’s policy’s. If you aren’t sure just drop us a message and we will be happy to advise.
If you wish to exchange an item, you should follow our returns policy and make a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Faulty/Damaged goods/goods incorrectly received
We try really hard to make sure your beautiful new items get to you in perfect condition but if not we will do our best to make sure it gets sorted out in no time.
If you notice that the package has some damage on the outside, just let the courier know and mark it down on the delivery slip.
Then just drop us a message on firstname.lastname@example.org, or via livechat and where possible attach pictures of the damage.
Same goes if you open up your delivery and the goods are damaged inside.
We will let you know all the info you need to get either a full refund or a new order that will be in perfect condition.
If we sent you the wrong stuff just let us know and we will cover return postage and send out the correct item.
