Do you have a physical shop?
No. We are not open to the public at our Market Harborough address, this is our warehouse. You are welcome to pop in and say hello, but this is by appointment only. If you do want to come and visit please call to discuss what you would like to visit for and to make an appointment if still required. Please be aware that we do not keep most of the goods we sell in stock, as lots of what we sell comes directly from our third party partners, so we do not have things on display.
How do I place an order?
Once you have found the product(s) you wish to order, please select the QTY and then add the items to your basket. Once you are ready to complete your purchase please click on the basket icon which can be found at the top of the website on the right hand side. From here you will be prompted to enter your details and pay for your order either via credit/debit card and through PayPal.
What can I do if there is a problem with my order?

Can I amend or cancel an order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order we cannot amend that order. If you wish to add items to your order please place a new order.
You can cancel an order in line with our Returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards or payment through paypal.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged at the end of the checkout process. This can take up to 3 days to appear on your statement depending upon your payment method.
Is your site secure?
Absolutely, rest assured our site is secure and you can shop safely with us. When you enter the checkout stage you will notice your browser switches to secure mode (a little padlock will appear in your toolbar) This guarantees your card details are being encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone.
What is ‘Mastercard secure code’ and ‘Verified by Visa’?
This is an extra security measure the banks like to use to keep your payment safe when shopping online. This allows you to create your own personal password to use as an extra security measure for any online Visa or Mastercard payments you make.
Why is my payment declined?
If your payment is declined it means your bank did not allow a charge to your card. If possible try another card or contact your card issuer or bank who should be able to provide you with the reason for the decline.
Items that you purchase through our website will have different delivery methods, times and prices depending on the size, supplier and whether it is a made to order item. Please refer to the product page for a delivery estimate. Your final shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

For items we hold in stock we offer free delivery on orders over £50
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us when your order ships.
I received an email but my item did not arrive, what should I do?

We work hard to offer a great customer experience and we aim to meet our stated delivery times. Unfortunately, from time to time orders may experience a delay which is beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible to advise you of any possible delays.

Most of our products ship worldwide. There are some exceptions which you will see when entering your delivery information at checkout.
