Covid Delivery Delays Update Sept 2021 – We are open and sending orders as normal but please note Royal Mail may take longer than normal due to the current demand on their services. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need an update on a delivery.
Christmas Pre Orders –
Christmas pre orders will be available for delivery between October and late November 2021. We will keep you updated via email on your shipment date.
We try to offer free shipping on all orders over £50 but unfortunately this doesn’t apply to everything on the website.
Lots of the lovely stuff we sell is sent to you straight from one of our partners and these are spread out all over the world. So while we try and get your order to you free of charge this isn’t always possible. Please note due to Covid 19 and Brexit there may be longer delays than normal with deliveries.
The ways that our partners send your order can vary from Royal Mail 1st for small things or a dedicated 2 man, white glove delivery for the more expensive furniture items. It all depends on where they are and what you have purchased.
Please note that the below prices apply to items we carry in stock. Prices will vary when ordering items from one of our partners. If you have a look at the product listing it will tell you how much the shipping is on a specific item.
- Order over £50 – Free UK Next Day Delivery (please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery during busy times such as Christmas, please contact us if your order is urgent and we will advise current dispatch times)
- Order under £50 – Standard UK Delivery (1-5 days) £2.95
- Order under £50 for all Greetings Cards – Standard UK Delivery (1-5 days) £1.50
We send out all our orders (for items we keep in stock) by Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Tracked 24.
We aim to get your items to you the next day, but typically you should allow between one and five days to receive your order. This may be longer if your goods are being made to order or coming from a third party partner or if you placed an order with a pre order item. Please have a look at the product page for lead times or contact us if you are ensure.
If for some reason your parcel is sent back to us because of a failed delivery, we’ll try to contact you to rearrange the delivery at an extra delivery cost, as listed above.
Although we love our business and customers, we don’t work weekends or during UK public holidays. So orders placed during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there’s any reason why we can’t send you your order within the time stated, we will contact you to let you know what’s happening and when you can expect it.
For larger or fragile items, please refer to the info provided on the specific product listing.
If the item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you to let you know when we can get the item to you, or you’ll have the chance to cancel your order.
Because of the final size and weight of your order, very occasionally there may be additional postage costs. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.
If you’re in a rush for your items, please contact us and let us know. We can let you know about our express delivery options.
And finally, you’re welcome to collect some of the products we sell form our Leicestershire offices. We’ll even make you a brew if you stop by! Just drop us a message and we will be happy to make an appointment.
Brexit – Some of the items on our site are shipped by our Partners from outside of the UK. From Jan 1st goods shipped direct from suppliers in the EU will be subject to import Duty & VAT costs upon arrival in the UK. Please be aware that you will be liable to pay these costs before the goods can be released by customs. Please check the delivery section on the product page for details of where certain items are shipped from. If you are unsure please drop us an email and we will be happy to clarify this for you.

Brexit – You may have to pay additional costs relating to duty & tax in your country before the shipment is released to you. You the customer are responsible for these costs. If a parcel is returned back to us due to these costs not being paid you will not be entitled to a refund.
We do not offer international shipping on all our products. If you are not able to see a shipping option to your destination please drop us an email or jump on live chat and we will be happy to discuss a bespoke shipping solution.
- European Standard Delivery (within the EU) – £14.95
- Non-EU Standard Delivery – £24.95
We will send all international deliveries for goods we keep in stock via a Royal Mail International Signed service, which will take between two and ten days. If your order comes from one of our partners the method of delivery will vary.
International deliveries may incur additional delivery costs based on the final weight and size of your parcel. We will contact you to discuss before your order is sent if extra delivery costs are needed.
